Cayley's Diaper Cake

Last weekend I went to my first baby shower!! Cayley is a co-worker of my husband. I decided to make a diaper cake. The bottom and middle layers are made of diapers (I used 50 diapers and they were for 8-14 pounds) with a bottle in the middle and the top layer is 10 onesies also with a bottle in the middle. I used pink and brown ribbon because Cayley and her husband are having a girl.
